Amino Acids and Nucleosides

We offer FMOC-protected unnatural amino acids for synthesis of peptides for biological research and pharmaceutical development. By introducing conformational constraints, the peptides may have one or several of the following features: 1. enhancement of peptide backbone helicity for better target binding; 2. tunable hydrophobicity for desired cellular permeability and cytotoxicity; and 3. enhancement of peptide stability against proteolytic breakdown.

We offer nucleosides with modifications at the pyrimidine or purine base, such as 6- Thioguanine, 7-Deazaadenine, 7-Deazaguanine, 8-Azidoadenine, 8-Bromoinosine and 8- Iodoadenine, and at the sugar such as 5'-Azido-5'-deoxythymidine, 2'-Azido-2'-deoxyuridine and 2'-Azido-2'-deoxy-5-methyl uridine.
